Abstract

The existence of this study aims to prove the effect of work pressure, work motivation, and interpersonal communication on employee performance, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic and to test the ability of organizational commitment to indirectly influence the relationship between work pressure, work motivation, and interpersonal communication on employee performance in during the covid-19 pandemic at PT Maha Mitra Sejati. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique, while the analysis technique used Partial Least Square using the WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study prove that work motivation, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment have an effect on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, while work pressure has no effect on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. And that organizational commitment indirectly affects the relationship of work motivation and interpersonal communication with employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, while organizational commitment does not indirectly affect the relationship between work pressure and employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic.
