PENYULUHAN HUKUM TENTANG BANTUAN HUKUM BAGI PEGAWAI NEGERI PADA POLRI

Abstract

Every Indonesian citizen has human rights that are
guaranteed constitutionally in the 1945 Constitution, one of
which is the guarantee of protection and legal equality without
any differences based on the principle of equality before the
law, including the right to obtain legal assistance in facing the
judicial process.Especially within the Indonesia National
Police, legal assistance is the right of every civil servant in the
National Police who is facing legal problems in order to help
resolve these legal problems, both through the judiciary and
outside the judiciary. However, in reality, the right to obtain
legal assistance is still not well known and understood by civil
servants at the National Police so that it is important to carry
out community service activities in the form of legal counseling
on legal assistance for civil servants at the National Police. The
target of this activity is civil servants at the National Police who
serve in the Cangkuang Police Station, Bandung Police, which
is located at Nagrak street, Number 58, Ciluncat, Cangkuang
District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. The
implementation of this activity includes the stages of
preparation, implementation and evaluation. The target to be
achieved in this activity is the implementation of counseling
activities so that they can provide knowledge and understanding
about the right to obtain legal assistance, as well as produce
outputs in the form of reports on the results of activities
published in national journals with ISSN, and can be used as
material for enrichment of lecture material for students.
