Edukasi Hukum Bagi Peserta Didik SMK Fadilah Tangerang Selatan Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Dan Penanggulangan Cyberstalking Dan Cyberbullying di Kalangan Pelajar

Abstract

Cyberstalking and cyberbullying are one of the latent
impacts of such rapid technological advances. The emergence of
various social media that is not matched by the ability to use them
creates loopholes for the transformation of crimes such as
stalking and bullying. So far, the act of stalking and bullying via
social networks in Indonesia is still considered a trivial matter
even though it actually has a very serious impact on a person's
psychological development and especially among teenagers. The
partner of this service activity is Fadilah Vocational School
which is located in the South Tangerang area. Among the
problems faced by partners is the lack of knowledge regarding
the types and impacts caused by cyberstalking and cyberbullying.
In addition, partners are also faced with the problem of their lack
of understanding regarding cyber legal aspects of cyberstalking
and cyberbullying. This service activity offers solutions in the
form of seminars and education on concepts and regulations
related to cyber law and information technology, with the output
of increasing participants' understanding regarding
identification, prevention and overcoming of cyberstalking and
cyberbullying. The second solution is to provide assistance for
students to be able to better understand directly the material that
has been delivered.
