Abstract

Rapid changes in the digital world cause a shift in the
way of communicating. People's communication patterns
change to fast-paced, short-paced, filled with anonymity, not
bound by space and time and strongly influenced by popular
culture. This has also resulted in a shift in the norms of decency
and decency in society, especially for teenagers. The absence of
these politeness norms can have a negative impact on teenagers
when they are forced to adjust to traditional patterns of
communication in society in proper spaces. The partner of this
service activity is SMA Negeri 19 Bekasi which is located in the
Mustika Jaya area. and mastery of digital ethical concepts.
