Abstract

The partner in this program is the Jakarta Class II
Special Child Development Institute (LPKA) located at Jalan
Raya Gandul, Cinere, South Jakarta, which is a place for
children who are undergoing the justice process or serving a
criminal term. Prisoners in the correctional process need to pay
attention to their rights, and need to be given legal protection.
Article 85 of the SPPA Law states that Special Child
Development Institutions (LPKA) are obliged to provide
education, training, skills, guidance and fulfilment of other
rights, in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations.
LPKA students have the same information needs, because LPKA
students or child prisoners are part of society who will return to
society after serving their sentence. By providing the information
they need, it will help them to socialize it back into society,
becoming better citizens for themselves and the wider
community. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to plan
fun learning media that can improve the soft skills of LPKA
students, create a pleasant learning atmosphere, thereby
increasing the quality of students' knowledge and insight. Apart
from that, it is necessary to carry out training in developing
diverse learning resources in the form of simple learning media,
so that with this training, LPKA students can continue to innovate
in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere.
