The purpose of technology is to make job and communal needs easier. requests and grievances from XYZ Mall kiosk tenants. Tenants of kiosks can submit requests and grievances more easily with a mobile application.The goal of this study is to create a mobile application that will make it easier for kiosk renters to file complaints and requests, and for the mall to carry out their demands. Extreme Programming (EP) is the technique employed. This approach focuses on the demands of the user in order to improve the quality of software. The outcome of this study is a mobile application that uses the Extreme Programming (EP) technique to make it easier for kiosk renters to submit requests and for the mall to carry them out.
