Bhara Justisia is a scientific and open access journal managed and published by Faculty of Law, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. This journal is a peer-reviewed journal which aims and focuses to publish new work of the highest caliber across the full range of legal scholars, which includes but not limited to works in: positive law, law and history, legal philosophy, law and security, human rights law and many other legal issues.
However, articles that are not included in the area of law and human security are not covered and out of the scope of this journal.
