Optimalisasi Kapasitas Gudang Finish Good Menggunakan Metode Linear Programming

This research aims to optimize the storage capacity of the Finish Good warehouse using the Linear Programming (LP) method. The case study was conducted at a manufacturing company that uses a racking storage system to store finished products. The LP model was developed to maximize the use of storage space by considering various constraints such as shelf capacity, product dimensions and picking times. The research results show that implementing the LP model can increase storage capacity and warehouse operational efficiency.
