Abstract

One way to improve quality and professionalism is to conduct psychological examinations of members of the National Police who commit disciplinary violations. The results of the study show that psychological examinations are very important to identify the causes of disciplinary violations and increase the awareness and ability of members of the National Police. This study shows that psychological examinations can help restore the psychological condition of police members and ensure that they are professional and honest when making decisions. Therefore, psychological examinations must be carried out professionally, objectively, and integrated with the internal supervision and control system of the National Police.
