Abstract

Talent management is an important strategy in human resource management that focuses on identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential individuals to achieve organizational goals. In an era of global competition and digital transformation, organizations are required to have competent, adaptive, and innovative employees to increase productivity and performance effectiveness. This study aims to comprehensively examine various research results related to talent management strategies in improving employee performance. The method used is a literature review by examining five scientific journals published from 2021 to 2025 that are relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that the implementation of talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in various sectors, both public and private. This study also confirms that the success of talent management implementation is greatly influenced by leadership support, organizational culture, and a fair and sustainable reward system.
