About the Journal

Jurnal Hukum Sasana is a scientific publication managed by the Master of Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. This journal contains writings from research results, juridical analysis of a product of legislation or legal cases, and literature studies in the field of law. The most dominant topics discussed in this journal are issues of the law and security sector, the rule of law, democracy, legal reform, social justice, good governance, and so on. All articles submitted to this journal will have a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number. This journal is published twice a year, namely in June and December.

Jurnal Hukum Sasana currently has been nationally accredited in rank 5 (Sinta 5) by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2019 - 2023 (Decree No. 164/E/KPT/2021)
