Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Batam City reached 81,486 MSMEs. Marketing strategy is very important for MSMEs. The majority of MSMEs in Batam City, not carry out optimal marketing programs, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic. Many MSMEs do not know about the importance of campaign strategies and aesthetics in communicating their products. To encourage the independence of MSMEs in carrying out their promotional functions, practical media use intelligence is needed such as templates and visual-based communication design techniques. The practical media used are Canva media and mobile photography. Community service in MSMEs is very relevant and important to do, especially during the current pandemic to create strong and independent, and quality MSMEs.
