Pelatihan Microsoft Office Pada Perangkat Desa Sukadaya, Kecamatan Sukawangi

Abstract

Bekasi Regency Government will establish a long-term cooperation with the Ministry of Communication and Information for the development of data centers in the Regency of Bekasi, even the national data center will be built into the largest international data center that will unite 20,000 workers who provide assistance for its operation. Sukadaya Village is one of the villages located in Sukawangi District, Bekasi Regency. Sukadaya villagers are generally engaged in agriculture and labor. Fewer residents work as farmers, farm laborers, day laborers, and private workers. Village government is the village head or what is referred to by other names related to village officials, as not governed by the village government, Sukadaya village apparatus is still not familiar with information technology among others in the computer world. Seeing the job opportunities above, with this training is needed against the people of Bekasi in general, and specifically the community in the village of Sukadaya, can discuss about these opportunities. Village officials represent the residents in the village who will be an example of community members in their daily activities. With this village apparatus, knowledge is needed to support the work and activities, to facilitate the work in managing village administration, and can convey their knowledge to the community in their environment. The village officials will be given computer introduction materials which are then equipped with microsoft office applications. The aim is to provide training, improve and develop knowledge about village officials and play the role of instructor in education as a form of community service for those who carry out the duties of the Higher Education Tri Dharma. The method used is the method of practice and question and answer. After conducting training, village officials can use computers and use Microsoft office properly. Computer training on Sukadaya village apparatus can be used to manage computers properly and master Microsoft offices, to improve performance and be able to compete in the era of globalization.
