Due to the increasing need for publication, KRTHA BHAYANGKARA submitted a change in the Frequency of Publication to ISSN BRIN from 2 times a year (six months) to 3 times a year (four months) namely in April, August and December.

KRTHA BHAYANGKARA is a scientific and open access journal managed and published by Faculty of Law, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. This journal is a peer-reviewed journal which aims and focuses to publish new work of the highest caliber across the full range of legal scholars, which includes but not limited to works in the law and history, law and human security, legal philosophy, International Law, Environmental Law, Criminal Law, Private Law, Islamic Law, Agrarian Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Civil Procedural Law, Customary Law, and many other legal issues. All articles submitted to this journal should be written in Bahasa or English and each article will have a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number. However, articles that are not included in the area of law and human security are not covered and out of the scope of this journal. KRTHA BHAYANGKARA is nationally accredited Grade 3 (SINTA 3) by the Decree No. 204/E/KPT/2022 starting from Volume 16 No. 1 June 2022 due to Volume 20 No. 2 December 2026. This journal is published three times a year, namely in April, August and December.
