JOURNAL OF PUBLICATION ETHICS

Jain SainTek Journal is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Engineering, 
University of Bhayangkara, Greater Jakarta (FT UBHARAJAYA).
This statement describes the policy regarding the involvement of all parties in discussions
about articles in this journal, including the author, Chairperson of the Filing Board,
Editorial Board, peer-reviewers and publishers. This statement complies with the Best Practices
Guidelines for Journal Editors according to the COPE (Publications Ethics Committee). Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication Publication of articles in the peer-reviewed Journal of the SainTek Net is important in
developing a coherent and agreed network in science. This is a direct reflection of the quality
of a work of writers and institutions that support. Peer-review articles support and embody
scientific methods. Therefore, it is important to agree on the expected ethical standards for
all parties involved in the agreement: authors, journal editors, peer reviewers, publishers and
communities. The Faculty of Engineering, University of Bhayangkara, Jakarta Raya (FT UBHARAJAYA) as the
publisher of the SainTek Net Journal is fully responsible for everything that is stored and
we facilitate with our responsibilities. We promise to advertise, reprint or commercial
advertisements will not increase or influence editorial decisions. In addition, the Faculty of
Engineering, University of Bhayangkara, Greater Jakarta (FT UBHARAJAYA) and the Editorial Board
will assist in communication with other journals and / or publishers in support of what is
needed.

Decision of publication
The Editor of the SainTek Net Journal is responsible for deciding which articles can be 
published in the journal. The validation of the work in question and is important for
researchers and readers must always encourage the decision. The editors can be guided by
the policies of the journal editorial board and are limited by legal provisions such as the
entry into force of legal rules regarding defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism.
The editors can negotiate with other editors or sustainable partners in making this decision. Fair treatment The editor evaluates the text at any time based on intellectual content regardless of the race,
sex, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, citizenship, or political philosophy of
the authors. Confidentiality The editor and each editorial staff are obliged not to disclose any information about the
manuscripts that have been submitted other than the authors for correspondence, sustainable
partners, editor's advisors, and publishers. Disclosure and conflict of interest Unpublished material disclosed in a proposed submission may not be used in the editor's own
research without the written consent of the author.

Author's Duties
1. Standard Reporting
The author of the report from the original research must present an accurate report of the work 
carried out as well as an objective discussion about it. The underlying data must be accurate
in the study. A study must contain sufficient detail and references to allow others to read and
study the research. Fraudulent reports or inaccurate data are unethical and unacceptable behavior
2. Data Access and Retention The author is asked to be able to provide raw data about the research for editorial, and must be
prepared to be able to provide public access to the data (consistent with the Statement regarding
data and data sources), if possible, the data is stored and prepared for reasons of time after
publication. 3. Originality and Plagiarism Writers must ensure that they have written works that are entirely original, and if the authors
have used the work and / or words of others, then it is clear that the research is quoting or
quoted. 4. Multiple, Exaggerated or Concurrent Publications An author should not generally publish manuscripts that describe the same research basis in more
than one journal or major publication. Sending the same text to more than one journal simultaneously
is unethical and unacceptable publishing behavior.
5. Recognition of Sources Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given.
Authors must mention the source of the literature used in writing scientific articles.
6. Recognition of Authorship for Research Recognition must be limited to anyone who has made a
significant contribution to the conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of the
research reported. All people who have made significant contributions must be registered as
co-authors. Other people who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research
project, they must be recognized or registered as contributors. The appropriate author must
ensure that all co-authors are suitable and there are no inappropriate co-authors included in
the study, and that all co-authors have seen and agreed to the final version of the study and
have agreed to submit for publication.
7. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest All authors must disclose any substantive financial or
interest conflicts that might be interpreted to affect the results or interpretations in their
manuscripts. All sources of financial support for the project must also be disclosed.
8. Fundamental errors in published works When the writer finds a significant error or inaccuracy
in the self-published work, it is the author's obligation to immediately notify the journal editor
or publisher and work with the editor to correct the writing.
9. Dangers and Subjects of Humans or Animals If the work involves chemicals, procedures or
equipment that have unusual hazards in their use, the author must identify this clearly in the
text.
Editor's Duties

has been submitted other than the appropriate author, reviewer, potential reviewer, other
editorial advisor, and publisher, as appropriate. 3. Disclosure and conflicts of interest Unpublished material disclosed in a proposed submission may not be used in the editor's own
research without the written consent of the author. 4. Decision of Publication The Editorial Board of the SainTek Net Journal is responsible for deciding which articles can
be published in the journal. The editors can be guided by the policies of the journal editorial
board and are limited by legal provisions such as the entry into force of legal rules regarding
defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editors can negotiate with other editors
or reviewers in making this decision. 5. Manuscript Review The editor must ensure that each manuscript is initially evaluated by the editor for originality.
editors must manage and use peer-reviewed capable and wise. The editor must explain their peer
review process as information for the author and also indicate which parts of the journal have
been reviewed. Editors must use appropriate peer-reviewers in the research for publication by
selecting people with sufficient expertise, in order to avoid conflicts of interest.
Reviewer's Duties
1. Contribution to Editorial Decisions
Mitra Bebestari (Peer-review) helps the editor in making editorial decisions through editorial 
communication with the author, while also helping the writer in improving the quality of research. 2. Accuracy Every free partner who is chosen and feels unfit to review the research reported in the manuscript,
must notify the editor and excuse himself from the editing process. 3. Objectivity Standards Editing must be done objectively. Reviewers must express their views clearly with supporting
arguments. 4. Confidentiality Every text received for editing must be treated as a confidential document. They must not be
displayed or discussed with others, unless permitted by the editor. 5. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest Special information or ideas obtained through peer-review must be kept confidential and cannot
be used for personal gain. Mitra Bebestari is not permitted to consider texts based on competitive,
collaborative conflicts of interest or relationships or connections with one of the authors,
companies or institutions related to research. 6. Recognition of Sources Reviewers must identify relevant published works that have not been cited by the author.
Statements regarding observations, derivations, or arguments that have been reported previously
must be accompanied by relevant citations. The reviewer must also communicate with the editor if
there is substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscripts to be published and any
manuscripts that have been published.
PLAGIATION CHECKING
The SainTek Jaring Journal is published one year 2 (two) times, and every previous publication 
all articles are carried out by the Plagiarism Check through the i-Thenticate application If major plagiarism (Similarity) is found, then the article is rejected for publishing.
