About the Journal
KRTHA BHAYANGKARA (P-ISSN 1978-8991, E-ISSN 2721-5784) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, Jakarta, Indonesia and managed by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Since 2023, KRTHA BHAYANGKARA has exclusively accepted manuscripts written in English and is published three times annually, in April, August, and December
The journal provides immediate open access to all published articles, following the principle that unrestricted access to scholarly research promotes wider dissemination and facilitates global knowledge exchange. KRTHA BHAYANGKARA serves as an academic platform for lecturers, researchers, legal scholars, and practitioners to disseminate original research articles and comprehensive review articles in the field of law. The journal welcomes scholarly contributions covering a broad range of legal disciplines, including but not limited to: Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Islamic Law, Customary Law, Economic Law, and Contemporary Legal Issues and Emerging Developments in Law.
Currently, KRTHA BHAYANGKARA is nationally accredited as a Sinta 3 journal by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia for the publication period Volume 16, Issue 1 (2022) to Volume 20, Issue 2 (2026), based on Decree No. 204/E/KPT/2022.
