PLAGIARISM POLICY

The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

Jurnal Hukum Sasana Editorial board recognizes that plagiarism is not acceptable and therefore establishes the following policy stating specific actions (penalties) when plagiarism is identified in an article that is submitted for publication in Jurnal Hukum Sasana.

All the manuscripts will be subjected to pre-screening of plagiarism check by using Turnitin Software. The screening process will be conducted by Editor once the manuscript is received.
