A diploma is a piece of paper or tangible evidence that is meaningful for someone who has taken
or completed educational studies, diplomas also have an important role in the employment aspect. But
often a diploma is a guarantee for the company in undergoing a working relationship. With the
withholding of diplomas, workers feel very disadvantaged in the various opportunities they have.
Especially if the diploma is not returned according to the agreement agreed upon after the employment
relationship ends, which is a legal problem. A work agreement is an agreement between a worker/laborer
and an entrepreneur or employer that contains working conditions, rights and obligations of the parties.
Employment agreements are made to obtain certainty regarding what is promised, both parties must
respect each other. In a work agreement that must be considered is that it does not violate the rule of law,
each party must agree and must not be forced or forced, the contents of the work agreement must be clear,
so that there is no misunderstanding in the future which results in default. An agreement in a company
ideally protects the interests of all parties involved in the agreement because an agreement should be
made based on the results of an agreement between the two parties. The substance of the employment
agreement made must not conflict with applicable labor regulations. Therefore, the employment
relationship must contain the principles of justice, harmonization for the elements in industrial relations
(employers, workers/laborers and government).
