Manuscript Type
Journal of Engineering Environtmental Energy and Science (JOE3S) accepts scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in engineering, environmental science, energy, and technology.
The journal currently recognizes the following two primary categories of submissions:
Original Research Articles
Original Research Articles present original empirical, experimental, computational, analytical, or theoretical research findings that contribute to the development of knowledge in the relevant scientific and engineering fields.
These articles must report original research that has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration by another journal.
The manuscripts should clearly describe:
- Research objectives and background.
- Relevant literature and theoretical foundations.
- Research methodology, experimental design, or analytical procedures.
- Results and discussion.
- Conclusions and research implications.
Research findings must demonstrate scientific merit, methodological rigor, originality, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope.
Original Research Articles may address topics such as environmental engineering, green energy, renewable energy, green technology, industrial engineering, manufacturing systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, petroleum engineering, and other related engineering disciplines.
Review Articles
Review Articles provide a critical, comprehensive, and structured synthesis of existing scholarly research on specific topics within the scope of JOE3S.
These articles should identify research developments, emerging trends, methodological approaches, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for future research.
Review Articles may employ systematic literature reviews, scoping reviews, bibliometric analysis, or other appropriate literature review methodologies.
Authors must clearly explain their literature search, selection criteria, analytical procedures, and synthesis methods, where applicable.
A review article must go beyond describing individual publications. It should provide critical evaluation, meaningful synthesis, and evidence-based insights that advance understanding of the research topic.
Editorial Assessment of Manuscript Types
All submitted manuscripts will undergo initial editorial screening to determine their suitability for the journal.
The Editor-in-Chief or assigned editor has the authority to determine the appropriate manuscript category based on the research objectives, methodology, structure, and scientific contribution.
All submissions must comply with the journal's Author Guidelines, formatting requirements, and publication ethics policies.
