Abstract

Darul Iman Foundation is one of the community organizations that is oriented towards the development of Islamic da'wah located in the Taman Narogong Indah Bekasi Residence. In managing the objectives of the activities the foundation forms several fields of activity, namely Al Iman Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM), Social and Community Sector, Business and Fund Development Sector, Facilities Development and Development Sector, Development and IT Training Sector. Most of the existing organizational resources are not well integrated and the implementation of management functions cannot be carried out in all lines of the organization. So that the existing work programs that have been implemented so far have not reflected the vision and mission of the foundation. Therefore, it is necessary to hold implementation of organizational management training to provide understanding and encourage good and measurable organizational awareness at the Darul Iman Foundation. Also attended by the Al Iman Mosque Youth Association (IPMI). Pre-test and post-test results in the organization's management deployment training show that further mentoring is needed to the Darul Faith Foundation of Beautiful Narogong Park of Bekasi. Because participants are not yet familiar with the system of implementing integrated, structured, and well-systemed organizational management, given that when training is still in the limit of simulation in solving case studies. So that it requires further direction in the implementation of the overall training material that has been provided.
