The Community Service Program (KKN) by Group 6 of Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya was held in Jatirahayu Village, Bekasi City, from December 13, 2024, to January 15, 2025. This program, themed “Enhancing the Role of Information Technology in Regional Development,” aimed to improve digital literacy among the community and support the digitalization of SMEs. The program began with a safe internet campaign, educating the community on the safe and ethical use of the internet. Subsequently, a digitalization campaign for SMEs was conducted, assisting business owners in registering their locations on Google Maps to enhance their online visibility. Despite challenges such as limited time and varying levels of technological understanding, the activities successfully raised awareness of digital literacy and facilitated digital transformation for local SMEs. This program is expected to have a lasting positive impact through community initiatives and local government support in the ever-evolving digital era.
