Post Publication Discussion

Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Ubhara (JMU) supports constructive scholarly discussion of research articles after publication to encourage academic dialogue, critical evaluation, and the continuous development of knowledge in management and related fields.

Readers, researchers, and other members of the academic community are encouraged to provide comments, questions, and feedback on articles published in JMU, particularly when their contributions offer meaningful insights, methodological observations, alternative interpretations, or suggestions for further research.

1. Submission of Comments

Comments and scholarly responses should be relevant to the published article, supported by appropriate evidence or references where necessary, and written in a professional and respectful manner. Personal attacks, defamatory statements, discriminatory language, and unsupported allegations are not acceptable.

2. Editorial Assessment

The editorial team may evaluate submitted comments or responses before publication to ensure their relevance, academic quality, clarity, and compliance with the journal's publication ethics. Where appropriate, the original authors may be invited to respond to comments concerning their published work.

3. Publication of Discussions

Accepted comments, responses, or scholarly discussions may be published or made available through the journal's designated communication channels, subject to editorial approval and applicable journal policies.

Post-publication discussions do not automatically result in changes to a published article. However, if a discussion raises credible concerns about the accuracy, reliability, or ethical integrity of an article, the editorial team may conduct further assessment in accordance with the journal's correction and retraction policy.

4. Ethical Standards

All participants in post-publication discussions are expected to uphold academic integrity, objectivity, transparency, and mutual respect. The journal aims to provide a fair and constructive environment for scholarly exchange.

Through this policy, JMU seeks to strengthen the quality of published research, promote responsible academic dialogue, and contribute to the advancement of management scholarship.
