Abstrak

The Influence of Work Environment, Leadership, and Reward System on Employee Performance" is a scientific article based on library research aimed at building research hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that will be used in subsequent studies, within the scope of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.The method of writing this article is the library research method, sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and various other academic online media.The results of this article show that: 1. The work environment affects employee performance; 2. Leadership affects employee performance; and 3. The reward system affects employee performance.
